IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
The event organizers are requiring all attendees to use CLEAR’s Health Pass cell phone app in order to gain access to Jingle Ball 2021. The CLEAR app is free to download and free to use. Attendees must provide either:
1.) Proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours of an antigen test or a molecular test. The results of these tests must be uploaded through the CLEAR app in order to enter the arena.
OR
2.) Proof of vaccination through the CLEAR app (physical cards or other forms of verification will not be accepted). In the limited, rare cases where the CLEAR mobile app is unable to process your COVID vaccination (i.e., foreign vaccination records or attendees under the age of 18), the physical cards may be accepted with a Photo ID.
